. The terrain is quite sandy and loaded with miles of washes. Sand Mountain OHV area is large open sand dunes riding area on top of the plateau overlooking Warner Valley on one side and leading into Sand Hollow on the other.
Can you ride dirt bikes in Zion National Park?

ATVs are not allowed within Zion National Park
. However, there are excellent trails on both private and public land close to the park. Very scenic riding areas can be found on sand dunes at two nearby Utah state parks: Sand Hollow and Coral Pink Sand Dunes.

The entire park is incredibly beautiful with its deep red sand and scenic surroundings.
I suggest leaving the paddles at home
or keeping your dirt tires close by as a lot of trail riding can be accessed via the dunes.
