How long does Topgolf membership last?
The cost for a Platinum Club Membership is $100 per month, $420 for six (6) months, or $720 for twelve (12) months . All pre-paid fees are non-refundable. Each Subscription Membership purchased is good for one (1) Topgolf bay for up to six (6) players, at any one (1) Topgolf venue, at any one (1) time.
Do you need your membership card at Topgolf?

What do I do if I don’t have my Topgolf card?
Am I able to get a replacement playing card if mine is lost? If your Topgolf playing card is lost, stolen or damaged, just stop by the Guest Services desk on your next visit , and we will replace it for a small fee of $1.
How do I check my Topgolf card?
To retrieve your Top Golf gift card balance, you will need to enter the digits and PIN from your eGift card or physical gift card, or ask a cashier (not bartender) at Top Golf to check your balance.
Is Topgolf expensive?
The bays are for rent on a first-come, first-serve basis. The prices go up throughout the day. From 9 a.m. to noon, it cost $27 per hour per bay . From noon to 5 p.m., it costs $37 and from 5 p.m. to close, the rental fee is $47 an hour.
Do you get unlimited balls at Topgolf?
Unlimited . .you just wave your club across a sensor and a ball comes out . Sometimes it will stop depending on the game you are running at the time. You just need to reset or restart a new game.
Does Topgolf have a dress code?
There is no specific dress code at Topgolf , but business casual is never a bad choice!
Is Topgolf per person or per bay?
Keep in mind, our pricing is by the bay per hour , not per person. That makes all the difference. How many people can play at once? Up to 6 players can be in a bay and play.

Can you get a refund at Topgolf?
You can also return an item to your nearest Topgolf venue. Returned items must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order, if applicable.
Do you need closed in shoes for Topgolf?
The only rule that we have found about footwear at Topgolf is that you have to wear some type of shoes . You can not play barefoot. Flip flops, sandals, sneakers, and any other comfortable shoe are acceptable. It is not necessary for you to get a pair of golf shoes in order to play at Topgolf.
How many balls do you get at Topgolf?
You get 20 balls per game. It usually takes us about an hour but really up to you how fast or slow you play.
How do you pay at Topgolf?
You pay it once, and that’s it. That gets you a card to load up your time, your shot info and other stats. Second, then you pay a by-the-hour rate to rent the bays at Topgolf . It doesn’t matter how many people are playing — up to six can play — in each bay.
