What is the age range for Pony Club?
The Pony Club is for everyone up to the age of 25 , and members come from all walks of life and all riding abilities.
Do you have to own a horse to join Pony Club?
You don’t need to own a pony to join The Pony Club !
How do you qualify for The Pony Club Championship?
Members may qualify for the PC Championships in both the PC100+ and PC110. PC100+ Winning team qualifies automatically. 2nd team qualifies if 6 or more teams compete. 3rd team qualifies if 12 or more teams compete .
Does pony club still exist?
In 1998, the Centre Membership scheme was launched for those, without their own pony who ride at riding schools, to become Members and take part in all that The Pony Club has to offer. There are currently around 400 Pony Club Centres spread across the UK .
How does Pony Club work?
The Pony Club has three stated purposes:
To encourage young people to ride and to learn to enjoy all kinds of sports connected with horses and riding . To give instruction in riding and horsemastership and to educate members to look after and to take proper care of their animal.

Why should I join Pony Club?
Pony Club is for horse-crazy kids like you who want to hang out with friends, learn to ride, and have a great time . Meet up with other members like yourself, and spend time learning about horses and ponies, their care, and health. You don’t have to own a horse or pony to participate, just have a love of them.

The Pony Club was granted independent charitable status on 1 January 1997, and there are around 330 branches and 480 centres in the UK.

Can you join more than one Pony Club?
Can I join more than one Branch? A Member cannot join more than one Branch at any one time . All Branch Members will be welcomed as occasional visitors at working rallies or other Branch activities of a Branch other than their own Branch, provided that the agreement of both District Commissioners is obtained.
