Can you ride a bike on a national trail?
A national trail will consist of various footpaths/bridleways/whatever tied together into one route. As such the
chances are you will be able to ride on part of them but probably not the majority
. You will have to look at each section on the OS map.

The Thames Path National Trail is not a long distance route for cyclists
. However there are some sections of the Thames Path outside London which cyclists can use – the longest section being the 5.4 miles (8.7 km) through Oxford and the 5.8 miles (9.4 Km) from Weybridge to Hampton Court.

On June 1, 2019, Class 1 pedal-assist e-bikes were officially permitted in Zion for the first time
. In order to be allowed on the trail and roadways in the park, the bike had to supply less than 50 percent of the power, and could not operate if the rider was not pedaling.

bicycles are currently allowed. Officials stated both Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes, which provide electronic assistance until the rider reaches 20 mph, will be allowed.
Can you ride dirt bikes in Yellowstone?
