CrossARK Transfers is a game mechanic in ARK: Survival Evolved where the player can transfer their survivor, items and tames (“objects”) from one ARK to another ARK
. Effectively, the player is being transported from one ARK to another via an uploads and downloads system.

it is not allowed to download singleplayer or mod or unofficial server dinos to official ones because of the possibility that they are cheated… but
you can always take your official dino onto your singleplayer game or unofficial
… but tis is one way… no way back to official.

No. Official servers are separate from any specialty modes

For me,
Ragnarok
is the best map overall. It has gorgeous scenery, lots of space, a variety of biomes, and wyverns. Ragnarok includes content from multiple releases, is enormous, and offers so many different places to explore.

TLDR:
You can easily move a non dedicated world & players from a steam version of ark as long as you can access the server files for your dedicated server
. Upload the contents of your save file to the server files, rename the LocalPlayer file to your numeric steam ID & you’re good to go.
