If you are TDY and return or TDY en route, you will be entitled to Meals and Incidental Expenses per diem during your stay at BOLC
. While you are here, you will use a DD Form 1351-2 to file for your Meals and Incidental Expenses (M&IE) per diem monthly.
Can you drive BOLC?
Yes, there is the option to fly or drive
. I wouldn’t recommend flying unless you intend to buy a car while you’re there. Unless the soldier is NG/Reserve and their unit authorizes a rental car (not likely), they are responsible for their own transportation once they arrive.
Can you fail BOLC?
If you fail, you will be flagged and required to re-take the test
; you cannot graduate FC BOLC without passing the test. Many outstanding students have come unprepared and failed to do well on the test preventing them from receiving graduation honors.
Who goes to BOLC?

you get to exercise before the sun rises EVERY weekday
