What qualification do I need to study nursing?
A four-year bachelor degree in nursing

. You can study full-time, part-time, or take a sandwich degree, which includes a work placement year. Our extended course in public health has a foundation year to prepare you for degree-level study.
The ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is a 60-credit qualification and is the equivalent level to
an A Level or Access to HE qualification
. It has been designed for learners who wish to progress to a health and social care degree but may not have the traditional entry qualifications usually required.
A-level Health and Social Care is a highly recommended qualification to gain for those who want to go on to study the subject further or have aspirations to a career in health or social care.
Take this course over

It isn’t very difficult if you find a good college/sixth form who give you enough help, and of course buy the study guides to help you
. If not you will struggle. It is A LOT of course work though, 18 units over 2 years so you will do 9 in each year, and each unit has 9-12 assignments in.
