Camp Pendleton has two property managers for on-base housing: Lincoln Military Housing and DeLuz Family Housing via Hunt Military Communities

You will be eligible for travel allowance for PCS moves and BAH at the with-dependents rate.

Can a girlfriend live on army base?
For starters,
an unmarried couple cannot live on a base outside of certain extenuating circumstances that would have the non-service member defined as a caregiver for the service member’s children
. As a result, unmarried military couples typically live off-base.
Can I visit my boyfriend on base?
Girls are allowed to visit men in the barracks
, but you cannot spend the night. You must sign in with the duty at the front desk. The door to the barracks room is supposed to be propped open during the visit. Rules may vary for different units, but usually you must sign out by 10 PM.
Can my friend live with me on base?
Generally, military housing is provided for all service members, whether they’re living on or off base
. There may be exceptions to this rule, which you can discuss with a recruiter. Otherwise, with the abundance of housing options, most service members will be able to find housing that fits their needs.
Can my wife live on base with me?
As long as you are still married, to give up BAH, you would have to reside in on-base family housing
. However, unless your dependents move to your duty location, you are not authorized to reside in on-base family housing, because the rules say to qualify, your dependents must be living with you.
Are Marines allowed to leave base?
Yes. Marines can do whatever they ant to do as long as they are complying with established rues and regulations. During your first 3 months there is no such thing as leave.
months 4-6 you can leave base
and there is a curfew depending on where you are stationed.
What time do Marine recruits wake up?
Typically, during the week, Marines will wake up
between 4:00 and 6:00 A.M.
and report to either their squad, unit, platoon, or, occasionally, their battalion, for morning Physical Training (PT). Morning PT can consist of a variety of exercises, depending on who is leading PT that day.
Qualified candidates can request a transfer from their commanding officers to attend the nine-week Basic Reconnaissance Course, or BRC, at the School of Infantry in Camp Pendleton
. This training will cover everything from ocean swimming to helicopter rope suspension and various reconnaissance training.
