that gives veterinary admissions committees a clear picture of who you are and, most importantly, why you want to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.
How long are veterinary school essays?
Your personal statement should be written clearly and succinctly –

(including spaces) have been allotted for your statement. Discuss briefly the development of your interest in veterinary medicine.

What is the acceptance rate for vet school?
Just as it is in medical school, the competition for admission to a veterinary college is very competitive. The acceptance rate is typically
between 10% and 15%
. Meanwhile, 50% or more of applicants who are accepted reside in the same state as that respective veterinary college.
