What is Lalafell?
The Lalafell are
a gnome-like race from the seas south of Eorzea
in Final Fantasy XIV. They somewhat resemble the Tarutaru from Final Fantasy XI but their bodies are taller and do not necessarily need to have the Tarutaru’s distinctive dark-colored noses.
Are Lalafells strong?
Not to mention if we go by lore and canon,
Lalafells are surprisingly strong
(lvl 50 goldsmith quest has a lalafell head butt a full plate armored knight and knock him on his ass, or that most of the Paladins you see in Ul Dah are Lalafells).

Male Viera serve as
“Wood-warders”
and are protectors of the forest. They do not live with female Viera in their village and only come back every few years to get other male Viera to train to fight and to mate with female Viera.

Viera that choose to speak
the common tongue fluently
and eloquently, albeit with a slight accent. Due to the fact that they have little interest in lineage, Viera have only a single four-letter name; the letter ‘j’ is frequently used in place of a vowel.
Do all Viera have white hair?
Viera are commonly found with purple hair, an exception being Viera Elementalists who have green hair;
white hair is rare
and it is considered a blessing to have white hair.
