Yes we do! You can send Sandboxx letters to overseas military addresses (APO/FPO). Those acronyms stand for Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office. Generally, overseas mail for Army and Air Force personnel go to APOs, and
mail for Marine and Navy personnel go to FPOs

Depending on what state they are located in for basic training, and the state you are residing in, your recruit’s letter can take anywhere from
5-7 business days
to reach your location. Factors that may delay the delivery of your recruit’s letter: Natural disasters. COVID-19.

Can I get a refund from Sandboxx?
Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Does Sandboxx deliver on Saturdays?
Sandboxx Letters sent Monday through Thursday before 4:30pm EST will be delivered the next day. Letters sent Friday before 4:30pm EST will be delivered on Monday.
All Letters sent Friday after 4:30pm EST (to include letters written on Saturday/Sunday) will be delivered on Tuesday
