Is Horseshoe Lake Arkansas open to the public?
Horseshoe Lake is an oxbow of the Mississippi River located in the heart of the Arkansas Delta. Surrounded by residential houses and farmland, most of the access is private; however,
in 2015 AGFC received a boat ramp and created the only free public access to the lake
(Nancy and Pat Bonds Access).
