open daily at 6:30 AM and closes at 8:00 PM
. Day use visitors may use the park until 10 PM, when all day-use permits expire.

The trail around Enchanted Rock is

long and takes 2-3 hours. over a year ago. It does not take long to reach the summit if you hike without too many stops.
Why do they call it Enchanted Rock?
Folklore of local Tonkawa, Apache and Comanche tribes ascribes
magical and spiritual powers to the rock
(hence the name Enchanted Rock).
Do you have to print tickets for Enchanted Rock?
You can print your pre-purchased entrance permits at home to save time when you check in at the park
