With some work you can turn in the Libram of Tenacity
to Mathredis Firestar to receive a Lesser Arcanum of Tenacity, which will permanently add 125 armor to your own leg or head slot item
. Applying the Arcanum will make the item soul bound.
How do I use libram of rapidity?
As it stands now in patch 1.12, a Libram of Rapidity can only be used for two things:
a +1% increase to weapon speed (think weapon chain) when applied to a leg or head item, and +10 NR when applied to those same item slots

How do you get to Dire Maul West?
You go left or right and then forward to get into the next plaza. Go down the ramp and left on the grass curving around to the right. You will see a ramp going up to the left. The door at the top right of that ramp is the entrance to Dire Maul West.
What is Felvine shard for?
Looting a shard will
enable your Reliquary of Purity
which once used will turn into a Sealed Reliquary of Purity. At this point you can return the quest to Furgus Warpwood near the Dire Maul East entrance.
How do you get Arcanum of rapidity?

Where is the entrance to Dire Maul North?
The northern wing of Dire Maul is accessible
directly north of the arena inside of the main courtyard
. The northern section contains a quick entrance to the library which connects the northern and western wings together. You’ll need a crescent key (or 300 lockpicking) to enter the northern entrance and the library.

. You will find a little imp named Pusillin. He is friendly at first so talk to him and you will need to chase him around the instance. Don’t worry if he gets too far away, he stops every so often so you can fight the mobs to catch up.
