. To get BFA pathfinder you must complete all achievements on a single character, but once you complete pathfinder at one character – all your character will be allowed to fly in all BFA zones.

You’ll have the account wide Pathfinder for each part
, but some stuff like unlocking Kul Tirans if you played Horde you’d have to redo the zones just to get the quest to pop up. You can also do one part on one toon and the second part on another toon as well.
Can Alts fly in Shadowlands?
If you have earned flying,
you can begin flying on your alts once you enter the Shadowlands around level 48
. You will still be limited to flying only in the four main areas though; so no flying during the Maw intro storyline.
How do you grind reps in champions of Azeroth?
Gaining reputation with Champions of Azeroth is relatively simple:
Complete world quests associated with this faction on Zandalar and Kul’tiras
. You can unlock world quests by reaching level 120 and completing Uniting Kul Tiras or Uniting Zandalar as part of the War Campaign.
Can you buy BFA flying?

Why can’t I fly in Shadowlands?
Players are no longer required to work through a massive Pathfinder achievement chain. Instead,
unlocking flying in Shadowlands is largely tied to campaign progress and Covenant Renown
(which conveniently progresses mostly in parallel to campaign progress).

, because in the achievement it says you must do kul tiras OR zandalar. mixing them between factions does nothing for you for this. but you can use any character you want in that faction to do the achievement.
When can you fly in WoW Shadowlands?

. There is no other requirement. If you abandoned the quest line in error, go back to Boralus or Dazar’alor and talk to the Earthen Guardian to help you get back to the Chamber of the Heart.”
