As you’re probably aware by now,
NBA 2K17’s servers will be spinning down at the end of this year
. If you created a MyCAREER or MyGM online save file before this, the server shutdown means the data will no longer be available for use and you’ll have to start a new game in those modes.
Can you still earn VC in 2K17?
You’ll get the VC once the game ends
– the longer the game, the better. This way, you can just leave it running in the background, jumping in only to start a new game (not available in Prelude).
