How Do I Get The Institute Power Armor Paint? The Institute paint is a Fallout 4 paint exclusive to the X-01 power armor. The paint increases your intelligence by one per piece painted. It can only be obtained by completing the quest Nuclear Family or via console commands. Why doesnt the institute have power armor?
