Can You Use Upgrading Camp Barracks? During upgrades the specific Barrack can’t be used. If you upgrade all of them at the same time you will not be able to train any Elixir troop at all. Is it necessary to upgrade all barracks in COC? Please remember that you should not upgrade all your Barracks
