All that considered,
yes, 32 is a good ACT score
. To show you just how good, we have to look at the percentiles. A 32 ACT score puts you at the 97th percentile — that means you scored higher than 97% all test takers!
A 28 ACT score is equal to 88%. So, undoubtedly,
it is an excellent score
. Unfortunately, only a few candidates get the 28 ACT percentile, so if you have got one, you are lucky. With this score, the panelists will consider you as an above-average student.
Yes, a score of 34 is awesome
. It places you in the top 99th percentile nationally out of the 2 million test takers of the ACT entrance exam. The score indicates you’ve done an almost perfect job answering the questions on the English, Math, Reading and Science sections of the test.
You should aim to be in the higher end of this range for your school—that is,
above the 50th percentile of previously accepted students
. For example, if the middle 50% range at a given school is 33-35, your composite score should be 34 or higher.

.
If you have attained a 35 ACT or your college is asking for one, it means they are asking for an
above-average score
. 35 on the ACT is equal to 99%. So, this means you need to be a topper in the class to have a 35 on the ACT. 36 ACT is considered as 100% or full marks in all subjects.
