(PMF) Program is the Federal Government's flagship leadership development program for early career graduate degree holders.

, under the Pathways Programs Schedule D Hiring Authority. If the Finalist is a current Federal employee and accepts a PMF appointment offer, the employee would resign from their current Federal position.
