Both “suru” and “yaru” mean “to do.” “Yaru” can also mean “to give (to someone/thing lower than yourself). There are 2 big differences between them: 1) You can’t use “yaru” in place of “suru” for “noun+suru” verbs. 2) Some Japanese people consider “yaru” to be quite rude/vulgar.

This is true even of the irregular verbs する (suru) and 来る (kuru)! ... Because both the Plain Form and the Potential Form of “neru” (to sleep) are Ru Verbs , the -Masu Form of the above sentence is: かわちゃんは疲れていなくても寝られます。
“Suru” can be used when the verb of the sentence involves one of the 5 senses of sight, smell, sound, touch, or taste : Ii nioi ga suru. いい匂いがする。 It smells good.
The dictionary form of SHIMASU (to do) is SURU , and its TA-form is SHITA (did). The dictionary form of KIMASU (to come) is KURU.
Kuru, which means “ to come” or “to arrive ,” is an irregular verb.
All the other forms of this verb are regular, and the only irregularities it has are there due to the evolution of the language from Ancient Japanese , so it is not typically grouped with the irregular verbs kuru and suru.
Kanji verbs with 2 okurigana are usually ichidan verbs. For example, 起きる (okiru, to get up) and 食べる (taberu, to eat) are ichidan verbs.
When you ask somebody to do something in Japanese, you say TE-form verbs and then KUDASAI ( Please, or I would ask you to ). ... For an example, a verb meaning “to eat” is TABEMASU. Its TE-form is TABETE. So, TABETE KUDASAI means “Please eat.”
Dozo means “ go ahead” or “go first.” While some words are shortened to make them easier to say (“arigatou gozaimasu” becomes “arigatou”), dozo is often lengthened to “hai-dozo” as if it were one word (Yes-go-ahead).
