In my experience, there is nothing hard about these mountains individually, but
peak bagging three 4,000 footers in one day is inherently difficult
. The multiple ascents and descents are mentally exhausting. Additionally, the views are rather mediocre on this hike, so there’s not much in the way of a morale booster.
