Candidates for bachelor's degrees must complete a minimum of 120 credit hours, 30 of which must have been completed at the University at Buffalo campus. If you are preparing to graduate (have completed

Students can register for a maximum of

19 credits

during the fall and spring semesters. Students who wish to register for more than 19 credit hours during the fall or spring semester must consult with their academic advisor for approval. There are also credit limits for summer and winter sessions.

Along with offering courses in a wide variety of spoken languages, UBC also offers

two introductory ASL

(American Sign Language) courses. If you choose to take ASL 100 and 101 at UBC (3 credits each), you'll have to take two more courses in another language to fulfill the language requirement.
