. It,s a park and at some times of year, it isn,t even open that late. Depending on the time of the year you are visiting, the High Line closes anytime from 7PM (winter) and on other times of the year 10:00/11:00 depending on the month.

How many floors is Chelsea Market?

. The bottom level is downstairs and is mainly grocery and produce with a small branch of Pearl River market and a few other small stores. The main floor has many great places to shop and eat.
Is Chelsea Market dog friendly?
