, the managing member of JAY LLC, purchased Ski Homewood on Nov. 18 for an undisclosed price. Yurosek owns a pistachio farm near Bakersfield and is also an agricultural real estate broker in the Central Valley. However, his family moved to Tahoe City four years ago and Yurosek was commuting.
