NO ! I just checked pictures of the DeWalt 20V and Charger. They have 5 slots on the electrical connection and my 20V B&D and Porter-Cable batteries have only 4. I used a Dremmel to cut notches in my B&D and Porter-Cable batteries to make them compatible.
