How do I check my Q card balance?

In order to use this site you must obtain a METRO- supplied password by calling METRO Customer Service at (713) 635-4000.
How do I pay money on my Q card?
You can make a payment online at any time
. Simply reference the payment details below. Alternatively, you can pay over the counter at your local ANZ branch (IMPORTANT: ensure you use the last 12 digits of your Q Card number to reference the payment otherwise we will be unable to allocate the payment to your account).
How do I get a QCard?
Submit your photo here. You will receive an email from ITS with instructions to book your appointment to pick up the QCard from Public Safety at the Main Gate (Kissena Boulevard)
. When you arrive for your appointment, show the email to Public Safety officers, who will give you your QCard.
How do I activate my QCard?
- You'll need to change your password.
- You'll be asked to enter your CVC (3 digit number on the back of your card) to activate your card.
- And you'll be able to set a 4 digit PIN for your card.

Can I withdraw cash from Gem Visa?
You CAN withdraw money on your GEM Visa, but it's not interest-free
. As the GEM Visa is a credit card, you can withdraw money on it (known as a “cash advance), although fees do apply: Cash advance fee: New Zealand ATM withdrawal: $1.00.
How much can I withdraw from Mastercard?
1 lakh, you can withdraw
up to Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000
as cash using the card. The rest should be spent for card transactions only.

Can I use prezzy card at Briscoes?
Currently, we're unable to process Prezzy cards online,

Does Briscoes do finance?
With humm, you can buy now and pay later with regular, interest-free instalments

Can you transfer money from Q card to another account?
Yes, you can utilise a maximum of 80% of your Q Mastercard available credit to reduce the balance on up to five other credit cards at once provided that the balance on each credit card you which to transfer is at least $500 .
Is it hard to get AQ card?
Yes, the QVC Credit Card will do a hard pull
. You will need a credit score of at least 640 to get it, which is on par with what most store cards require. There is no way to pre-qualify for the QVC Credit Card. A hard pull usually causes an applicant's credit score to drop by 5-10 points.
