The intensity goal is changing from 3,000 steps in 30 minutes to 3,000 steps in 30 minutes or 30 minutes performing other eligible activities. Frequency goal*: The frequency goal is changing from 500 steps in seven minutes, six times per day to 300 steps in five minutes, six times per day.
